Dining gives way to music, conversation and play

The evening changes rooms.

There is no single prescribed night onboard. A guest can move from contemporary European dining to a route-led menu, a small musical set, a quiet lounge, the promenade deck or the staffed physical casino.

Three tables, three tempos

Breakfasts range from full dining-room service to lighter choices, while daytime menus favour practical meals between port calls. Vegetarian options are available; dietary requirements and special requests should be shared in advance. Selected restaurants may require reservations and may carry additional charges.

The Harbor Hall

The main restaurant presents modern European cooking in a calm, open room. It serves breakfast and dinner, with menus that favour clear technique over ornament.

Tide & Iron

Each menu takes cues from ports on the route, translating local ingredients and methods into a concise evening service. Reservations may be required and additional charges can apply.

The Late Gate

A late lounge-bar beside casino reception, suited to a quiet drink, a short music set or conversation before or after visiting the gaming room.

The tables behind the arch

Casino reception is the first point for identification checks, opening information, etiquette and help. Valid identification may be required, and casino access is restricted to guests aged 18 or over.

At the cashier desk, staff explain how guests obtain and return chips, how table limits work and how account settlement is handled. Chips, wagers and casino balances are not included in the ticket price; all gambling charges are separate from the cruise fare.

Smart-casual evening attire is appropriate unless voyage guidance states otherwise. Staff can clarify rules without pressuring a guest to play.

Poker

Staffed poker tables offer a shared evening format, with seating availability, table rules and stake limits explained before guests join.

Blackjack

Blackjack places each guest’s hand against the dealer’s hand, with minimum and maximum wagers displayed clearly at every table.

European roulette

European roulette uses a single-zero wheel and a clearly marked betting layout. Casino staff can explain the available positions before play.

Baccarat

Baccarat offers a quieter table pace, with player, banker and tie positions managed through a dealer-led format.

Slot machines

Slot machines display their stake, rules and available balance information directly at the machine before a guest begins.

Hours follow the water

Operating hours depend on the vessel’s position and applicable maritime regulations. Game availability can vary by ship and voyage, and some games may be unavailable on a particular evening. Casino reception provides the current schedule onboard.

Music without spectacle

Evening music uses small ensembles and measured sets rather than constant production. Quieter lounge zones remain available, and the promenade deck offers the simplest room of all: open air, the ship’s wake and the next harbor ahead.

Questions before the evening

Ask reception about attire, reservations, accessibility, dietary arrangements or casino operation. Clear information makes it easier to choose how much—or how little—to include.
